Philosophy and Objective of the Programme

Programme Philosophy

The Employment Relations and Human Resource Management programme is designed to acquaint our graduates with relevant theories as well as equip them with the requisite knowledge, abilities and skills in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations, that empowers them to surmount real world challenges as they maximise the human in the workplace.

In order to achieve this, the programme also utilises case study analysis to practicalize the application of theories, concepts and frameworks to real life scenarios. This is done in consideration of the reality that course content and curriculum should be a reflection of real-life situations and issues, so students need to be prepared for a life outside the classroom
