The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) programme is designed to provide fundamental knowledge and then deepen the students’ grasp of basic knowledge, attitude, and skills in the various competence domains of human resource management and employment relations and their application within and across contexts. It also introduces them to the techniques and tools of research, develops in them the spirit of enquiry, and generally prepares them to face challenges and solve problems in the field of Employment Relations and Human Resources Management.

The Post Graduate Diploma, MSc, MPhil, and PhD programmes further advance students’ expertise in research, critical analysis, and strategic application of ER & HRM principles, equipping them for leadership, academic, and consultancy roles in the field.
